Faust

Directed by Nick Philippou

In collaboration with video artist / performer Alain Pelletier from Montreal.

A world famous philosopher arrives in LA and is hailed a star. He announces the Death of Man, the End of History and the Beginning of Chaos. Faust and Mephisto meet again.

ATC's provocative new version of Faust catapults this medieval legend into the 1990s and an underworld of politics, drugs and sexual exploration. Combining physical performance, text and multimedia, this production explores the dichotomy between mind and body, intellect and physicality, hapiness and pessimism.
